Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 268 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in April 2023; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,303,630.
Last year, in April 2022, Toronto MLS® reported 304 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 12% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,594,293 in April 2022 – and that’s a 11% decrease in sale prices for this April.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 167 semi-detached home sales in April 2023; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,543,683 last month.
That compares to 251 semi-detached home sales in April 2022 – which is a 33% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,664,109 in April 2022 – and that’s an 7% decrease in sale prices for this April.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 850 condo sales in April 2023; and on average, these condos sold for $857,930 last month.
In April 2022, there were 894 condo sales – which is a 5% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $929,271 – and that’s a 8% decrease in sale prices for this April!
