Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 296 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in May 2026; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,115,336.
Last year, in May 2025, Toronto MLS® reported 308 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 4% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,265,794 in May 2025 – and that’s an 7% decrease in sale prices for this May.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 258 semi-detached home sales in May 2026; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,393,456 last month.
That compares to 260 semi-detached home sales in May 2025 – which is a 1% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,449,337 in May 2025 – and that’s a 4% decrease in sale prices for this May.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 663 condo sales in May 2026; and on average, these condos sold for $764,075 last month.
In May 2025, there were 610 condo sales – which is a 9% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $799,651 – and that’s a 4% decrease in sale prices for this May!
