Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 300 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in April 2026; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,319,642.
Last year, in April 2025, Toronto MLS® reported 277 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 8% increase in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,205,379 in April 2025 – and that’s an 5% increase in sale prices for this April.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 216 semi-detached home sales in April 2026; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,476,376 last month.
That compares to 208 semi-detached home sales in April 2025 – which is a 4% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,427,641 in April 2025 – and that’s a 3% decrease in sale prices for this April.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 655 condo sales in April 2026; and on average, these condos sold for $761,834 last month.
In April 2025, there were 579 condo sales – which is a 13% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $798,592 – and that’s a 5% decrease in sale prices for this April!
