Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 216 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in March 2026; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,109,225.
Last year, in March 2025, Toronto MLS® reported 194 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 11% increase in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,296,016 in March 2025 – and that’s an 8% decrease in sale prices for this March.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 172 semi-detached home sales in March 2026; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,346,362 last month.
That compares to 175 semi-detached home sales in March 2025 – which is a 2% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,476,918 in March 2025 – and that’s a 9% decrease in sale prices for this March.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 591 condo sales in March 2026; and on average, these condos sold for $718,603 last month.
In March 2025, there were 529 condo sales – which is a 12% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $809,912 – and that’s a 1% decrease in sale prices for this March!
