Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 293 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in June 2026; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,256,603.
Last year, in June 2025, Toronto MLS® reported 290 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 1% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,183,706 in June 2025 – and that’s an 3% increase in sale prices for this June.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 241 semi-detached home sales in June 2026; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,407,132 last month.
That compares to 240 semi-detached home sales in June 2025 – which is a 0.4% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,414,278 in June 2025 – and that’s a 1% decrease in sale prices for this June.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 714 condo sales in June 2026; and on average, these condos sold for $766,995 last month.
In June 2025, there were 659 condo sales – which is a 8% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $826,101 – and that’s a 7% decrease in sale prices for this June.
