Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 232 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in July 2026; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,218,067.
Last year, in July 2025, Toronto MLS® reported 205 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 13% increase in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,310,473 in July 2025 – and that’s a 4% decrease in sale prices for this July.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 179 semi-detached home sales in July 2026; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,407,132 last month.
That compares to 221 semi-detached home sales in July 2025 – which is a 19% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,352,733 in July 2025 – and that’s a 6% decrease in sale prices for this July.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 663 condo sales in July 2026; and on average, these condos sold for $7660,234 last month.
In July 2025, there were 623 condo sales – which is a 6% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $768,234 – and that’s a 1% decrease in sale prices for this July.
