Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 213 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in March 2023; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,227,804.

Last year, in March 2022, Toronto MLS® reported 365 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 42% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,474,630 in March 2022 – and that’s a 10% decrease in sale prices for this March.

With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 165 semi-detached home sales in March 2023; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,399,634 last month.

That compares to 279 semi-detached home sales in March 2022 – which is a 41% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,705,276 in March 2022 – and that’s an 18% decrease in sale prices for this March.

With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 824 condo sales in March 2023; and on average, these condos sold for $816,423 last month.

In March 2022, there were 1,292 condo sales – which is a 36% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $910,665 – and that’s a 10% decrease in sale prices for this March!
