Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 257 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in July 2021, and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,304,391.

Last year, in July 2020, Toronto MLS® reported 391 freehold detached home sales across Toronto, a 34% decrease in volume for this year. It is worth noting that July 2020 was a record setting month for the number of detached and semi-detached homes sold. It was also reported, on average, that freehold detached homes sold for $2,093,868 in July 2020 – and that’s a 10% increase in sale prices for this July.

Concerning semi-detached homes, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 206 semi-detached home sales in July 2021; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,393,685 last month.

That compares to 292 semi-detached home sales in July 2020, a 29% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that, on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,352,550 in July 2020 – and that’s a 3% increase in sale prices for this July.

Concerning condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 1,076 condo sales in July 2021, and on average, these condos sold for $795,266 last month.

In July 2020, there were 1,012 condo sales – which is a 6% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $788,000 – and that’s a 1% increase in sale prices for this July.
