Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 244 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in February 2022; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,924,234.
Last year, in February 2021, Toronto MLS® reported 301 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 19% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,257,526 in February 2021 – and that’s a 30% increase in sale prices for this February!
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 209 semi-detached home sales in February 2022; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,671,975 last month.
That compares to 227 semi-detached home sales in February 2021 – which is a 8% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,502,406 in February 2021 – and that’s an 11% increase in sale prices for this February!
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 1126 condo sales in February 2022; and on average, these condos sold for $890,953 last month.
In February 2021, there were 1329 condo sales – which is a 15% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $761,561 – and that’s a 17% increase in sale prices for this February!
