Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 85 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in December 2024; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,336,357.
Last year, in December 2023, Toronto MLS® reported 113 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 25% decrease volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,232,656 in December 2023 – and that’s a 5% increase in sale prices for this December.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 87 semi-detached home sales in December 2024; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,442,667 last month.
That compares to 101 semi-detached home sales in December 2023 – which is a 14% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,402,868 in December 2023 – and that’s an 3% increase in sale prices for this December.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 359 condo sales in December 2024; and on average, these condos sold for $811,123 last month.
In December 2023, there were 387 condo sales – which is a 7% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $810,241 – and that’s a 0.1% increase in sale prices for this December!
