Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 113 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in December 2023; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,232,656.
Last year, in December 2022, Toronto MLS® reported 79 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 43% increase in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,408,529 in December 2022 – and that’s a 7% decrease in sale prices for this December.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 101 semi-detached home sales in December 2023; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,42,868 last month.
That compares to 67 semi-detached home sales in December 2022 – which is a 51% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,274,359 in December 2022 – and that’s an 10% increase in sale prices for this December.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 387 condo sales in December 2023; and on average, these condos sold for $810,241 last month.
In December 2022, there were 374 condo sales – which is a 3% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $826,666 – and that’s a 2% decrease in sale prices for this December!
