History.
In 1912, Teddington Park was the northern most boundary of Toronto. It became a high-end residential area at around the same time, because of the move of the prestigioues Rosedale Golf Club from Rosedale to Teddington Park. Luxury homes were built and were given descriptive names, instead of addresses, to show the importance of each house. Some of the houses still stand today, and their names can be found on the property.
