Cameron Lake
Boat the Trent Severn Waterway from your dock. This lakehouse is nestled among the trees of Cameron Lake. Cameron Lake lies between Locks 34 & 35, bordering the town of Fenelon Falls in the Kawartha Lakes Region. The lake is 6.7 kms long and 3.5 kms wide, water flows into the lake from Burnt River and Balsam Lake and flows downward towards Sturgeon Lake, the falls can be found on the lower side of the lock station. Fenelon Falls, located at Lock 34, is known as the “Jewel of the Kawarthas” nestled amongst natural surroundings, the “Jewel” sparkles with geographical beauty, offering waterfalls, waterways, and all that nature has to offer. One of the best ways to experience this beauty is to enjoy the 85-km Victoria Rail Trail that runs through the town along the shores of Cameron Lake, linking Kinmount to Lindsay, walk, bike, snowmobile or ATV. Fenelon Falls boasts shopping, dining and even it’s own brewery overlooking the locks.
