Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 238 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in September 2025; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,362,558.
Last year, in September 2024, Toronto MLS® reported 224 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 6% increase in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,283,008 in September 2024 – and that’s a 3% increase in sale prices for this August.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 162 semi-detached home sales in September 2025; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,372,493 last month.
That compares to 140 semi-detached home sales in September 2024 – which is a 16% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,475,145 in September 2024 – and that’s an 7% decrease in sale prices for this September.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 577 condo sales in September 2025; and on average, these condos sold for $766,525 last month.
In September 2024, there were 503 condo sales – which is a 15% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $794,246 – and that’s a 3% decrease in sale prices for this September!
