Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 224 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in September 2024; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,283,008.
Last year, in September 2023, Toronto MLS® reported 174 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 29% increase volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,358,229 in September 2023 – and that’s a 3% decrease in sale prices for this September.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 140 semi-detached home sales in September 2024; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,475,145 last month.
That compares to 134 semi-detached home sales in September 2023 – which is a 4% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,444,473 in September 2023 – and that’s an 2% increase in sale prices for this September.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 503 condo sales in September 2024; and on average, these condos sold for $794,246 last month.
In September 2023, there were 504 condo sales – which is a 0.2% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $802,294 – and that’s a 1% decrease in sale prices for this September!
