Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 174 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in September 2023; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,358,229.
Last year, in September 2022, Toronto MLS® reported 164 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 6% increase in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,141,983 in September 2022 – and that’s a 10% increase in sale prices for this September.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 134 semi-detached home sales in September 2023; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,444,473 last month.
That compares to 121 semi-detached home sales in September 2022 – which is a 11% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,422,414 in September 2022 – and that’s an 2% increase in sale prices for this September.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 504 condo sales in September 2023; and on average, these condos sold for $802,294 last month.
In September 2022, there were 539 condo sales – which is a 6% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $865,116 – and that’s a 7% decrease in sale prices for this September!
