Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 164 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in September 2022; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,141,983.
Last year, in September 2021, Toronto MLS® reported 304 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 46% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2.439,154 in September 2021 – and that’s a 12% decrease in sale prices for this September.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 121 semi-detached home sales in September 2022; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,422,414 last month.
That compares to 229 semi-detached home sales in September 2021 – which is a 47% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,476,617 in September 2021 – and that’s an 4% decrease in sale prices for this September.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 539 condo sales in September 2022; and on average, these condos sold for $865,116 last month.
In September 2021, there were 1050 condo sales – which is a 49% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $855,055 – and that’s a 1% increase in sale prices for this September!
