Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 269 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in October 2025; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,134,519.
Last year, in October 2024, Toronto MLS® reported 314 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 14% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,485,552 in October 2024 – and that’s a 14% decrease in sale prices for this October.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 205 semi-detached home sales in October 2025; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,395,832 last month.
That compares to 228 semi-detached home sales in October 2024 – which is a 10% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,488,492 in October 2024 – and that’s an 6% decrease in sale prices for this October.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 682 condo sales in October 2025; and on average, these condos sold for $793,265 last month.
In October 2024, there were 706 condo sales – which is a 3% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $804,476 – and that’s a 1% decrease in sale prices for this October!
