Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 198 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in October 2023; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,463,662.
Last year, in October 2022, Toronto MLS® reported 211 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 6% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,242,073 in October 2022 – and that’s a 10% increase in sale prices for this October.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 172 semi-detached home sales in October 2023; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,441,546 last month.
That compares to 171 semi-detached home sales in October 2022 – which is a 1% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,385,078 in October 2022 – and that’s an 4% increase in sale prices for this October.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 526 condo sales in October 2023; and on average, these condos sold for $794,285 last month.
In October 2022, there were 524 condo sales – which is a 0.4% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $832,710 – and that’s a 5% decrease in sale prices for this October!
