Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 211 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in October 2022; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,242,073.
Last year, in October 2021, Toronto MLS® reported 354 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 40% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2.385,335 in October 2021 – and that’s a 6% decrease in sale prices for this October.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 171 semi-detached home sales in October 2022; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,385,078 last month.
That compares to 299 semi-detached home sales in October 2021 – which is a 43% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,514,416 in October 2021 – and that’s an 9% decrease in sale prices for this September.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 524 condo sales in October 2022; and on average, these condos sold for $832,710 last month.
In October 2021, there were 1150 condo sales – which is a 54% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $848,476 – and that’s a 2% decrease in sale prices for this October!
