Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 199 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in November 2025; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,164,301.
Last year, in November 2024, Toronto MLS® reported 231 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 14% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,218,996 in November 2024 – and that’s a 2% decrease in sale prices for this November.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 173 semi-detached home sales in November 2025; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,312,251 last month.
That compares to 151 semi-detached home sales in November 2024 – which is a 15% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,410,325 in November 2024 – and that’s an 7% decrease in sale prices for this November.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 591 condo sales in November 2025; and on average, these condos sold for $796,465 last month.
In November 2024, there were 650 condo sales – which is a 9% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $788,84 – and that’s a 1% increase in sale prices for this November!
