Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 231 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in November 2024; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,218,996.
Last year, in November 2023, Toronto MLS® reported 153 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 51% increase volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,265,153 in November 2023 – and that’s a 2% decrease in sale prices for this November.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 151 semi-detached home sales in November 2024; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,410,325 last month.
That compares to 136 semi-detached home sales in November 2023 – which is a 11% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,311,655 in November 2023 – and that’s an 8% increase in sale prices for this November.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 7650 condo sales in November 2024; and on average, these condos sold for $788,484 last month.
In November 2023, there were 483 condo sales – which is a 35% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $804,634 – and that’s a 2% decrease in sale prices for this November!
