Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 153 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in November 2023; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,265,153.
Last year, in November 2022, Toronto MLS® reported 167 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 8% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,058,462 in November 2022 – and that’s a 10% increase in sale prices for this November.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 136 semi-detached home sales in November 2023; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,311,655 last month.
That compares to 143 semi-detached home sales in November 2022 – which is a 5% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,350,277 in November 2022 – and that’s an 3% decrease in sale prices for this November.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 483 condo sales in November 2023; and on average, these condos sold for $804,634 last month.
In November 2022, there were 544 condo sales – which is a 11% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $826,120 – and that’s a 3% decrease in sale prices for this November!
