Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 167 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in November 2022; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,058,462.
Last year, in November 2021, Toronto MLS® reported 286 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 42% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,455,836 in November 2021 – and that’s a 16% decrease in sale prices for this November.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 143 semi-detached home sales in November 2022; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,350,277 last month.
That compares to 227 semi-detached home sales in November 2021 – which is a 37% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,614,306 in November 2021 – and that’s an 16% decrease in sale prices for this November.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 544 condo sales in November 2022; and on average, these condos sold for $826,120 last month.
In November 2021, there were 1176 condo sales – which is a 54% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $852,789 – and that’s a 3% decrease in sale prices for this November!
