Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 308 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in May 2025; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,265,794.
Last year, in May 2024, Toronto MLS® reported 322 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 4% decrease volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,442,376 in May 2024 – and that’s a 7% decrease in sale prices for this May.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 260 semi-detached home sales in May 2025; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,449,337 last month.
That compares to 249 semi-detached home sales in May 2024 – which is a 4% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,543,391 in May 2024 – and that’s an 6% decrease in sale prices for this May.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 610 condo sales in May 2025; and on average, these condos sold for $799,651 last month.
In May 2024, there were 803 condo sales – which is a 24% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $863,985 – and that’s a 7% decrease in sale prices for this May!
