Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 214 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in March 2024; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,186,841.
Last year, in February 2023, Toronto MLS® reported 213 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 0.5% increase volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,227,804 in March 2023 – and that’s a 2% decrease in sale prices for this March.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 170 semi-detached home sales in March 2024; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,477,175 last month.
That compares to 165 semi-detached home sales in March 2023 – which is a 3% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,399,634 in March 2023 – and that’s an 6% increase in sale prices for this March.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 696 condo sales in March 2024; and on average, these condos sold for $811,184 last month.
In March 2023, there were 824 condo sales – which is a 16% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $816,423 – and that’s a 1% decrease in sale prices for this March!
