Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 265 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in June 2024; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,298,173.
Last year, in June 2023, Toronto MLS® reported 258 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 3% increase volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,450,660 in May 2023 – and that’s a 6% decrease in sale prices for this June.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 181 semi-detached home sales in June 2024; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,475,893 last month.
That compares to 241 semi-detached home sales in June 2023 – which is a 25% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,564,623 in June 2023 – and that’s an 6% decrease in sale prices for this June.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 656 condo sales in June 2024; and on average, these condos sold for $856,268 last month.
In June 2023, there were 850 condo sales – which is a 23% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $863,719 – and that’s a 1% decrease in sale prices for this June!
