Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 205 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in July 2025; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,310,473.
Last year, in July 2024, Toronto MLS® reported 171 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 20% increase volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,361,777 in July 2024 – and that’s a 2% decrease in sale prices for this July.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 221 semi-detached home sales in July 2025; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,352,733 last month.
That compares to 143 semi-detached home sales in July 2024 – which is a 55% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,410,170 in July 2024 – and that’s an 4% decrease in sale prices for this July.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 623 condo sales in July 2025; and on average, these condos sold for $768,234 last month.
In July 2024, there were 616 condo sales – which is a 1% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $828,637 – and that’s a 7% decrease in sale prices for this July!
