Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 171 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in July 2024; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,361,777.
Last year, in July 2023, Toronto MLS® reported 149 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 15% increase volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,244,863 in July 2023 – and that’s a 5% increase in sale prices for this July.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 143 semi-detached home sales in July 2024; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,410,170 last month.
That compares to 136 semi-detached home sales in July 2023 – which is a 5% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,354,692 in July 2023 – and that’s an 4% increase in sale prices for this July.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 616 condo sales in July 2024; and on average, these condos sold for $828,637 last month.
In July 2023, there were 595 condo sales – which is a 4% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $840,645 – and that’s a 1% decrease in sale prices for this July!
