Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 149 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in July 2023; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,244,863.
Last year, in July 2022, Toronto MLS® reported 149 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 0% change in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $1,933,346 in July 2022 – and that’s a 16% increase in sale prices for this July.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 136 semi-detached home sales in July 2023; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,354,692 last month.
That compares to 148 semi-detached home sales in July 2022 – which is a 8% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,389,949 in July 2022 – and that’s an 3% decrease in sale prices for this July.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 595 condo sales in July 2023; and on average, these condos sold for $840,645 last month.
In July 2022, there were 595 condo sales – which is a 0% change in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $824,502 – and that’s a 2% increase in sale prices for this July!
