Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 149 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in July 2022; and on average, these detached homes sold for $1,933,346.
Last year, in July 2021, Toronto MLS® reported 257 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 42% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,304,392 in July 2021 – and that’s a 16% decrease in sale prices for this July.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 148 semi-detached home sales July 2022; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,389,949 last month.
That compares to 190 semi-detached home sales in July 2021 – which is a 22% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,346,675 in July 2021 – and that’s an 3% increase in sale prices for this July.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 595 condo sales in July 2022; and on average, these condos sold for $824,502 last month.
In July 2021, there were 1076 condo sales – which is a 45% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $795,266 – and that’s a 4% increase in sale prices for this June!
