Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 88 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in January 2026; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,0159,059.
Last year, in January 2025, Toronto MLS® reported 112 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 21% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,159,229 in January 2025 – and that’s a 0.001% decrease in sale prices for this January.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 75 semi-detached home sales in January 2026; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,292,837 last month.
That compares to 86 semi-detached home sales in January 2025 – which is a 13% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,328,962 in January 2025 – and that’s an 3% decrease in sale prices for this January.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 340 condo sales in January 2026; and on average, these condos sold for $709,452 last month.
In January 2025, there were 411 condo sales – which is a 17% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $805,061 – and that’s a 12% decrease in sale prices for this January!
