Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 140 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in February 2025; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,559,706.
Last year, in February 2024, Toronto MLS® reported 158 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 11% decrease volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,234,019 in February 2024 – and that’s a 15% increase in sale prices for this February.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 120 semi-detached home sales in February 2025; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,416,503 last month.
That compares to 133 semi-detached home sales in February 2024 – which is a 10% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,485,737 in February 2024 – and that’s an 5% decrease in sale prices for this February.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 527 condo sales in February 2025; and on average, these condos sold for $821,363 last month.
In February 2024, there were 608 condo sales – which is a 13% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $804,837 – and that’s a 2% increase in sale prices for this February!
