Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 158 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in February 2024; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,234,019.
Last year, in February 2023, Toronto MLS® reported 158 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – there was no change in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,261,781 in February 2023 – and that’s a 1% decrease in sale prices for this February.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 129 semi-detached home sales in February 2024; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,485,737 last month.
That compares to 129 semi-detached home sales in February 2023 – which is a 3% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,472,492 in February 2023 – and that’s an 1% increase in sale prices for this February.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 608 condo sales in February 2024; and on average, these condos sold for $804,837 last month.
In February 2023, there were 568 condo sales – which is a 7% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $807,787 – and that’s a 0.4% decrease in sale prices for this February!
