Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 158 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in February 2023; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,261,781.
Last year, in February 2022, Toronto MLS® reported 244 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 35% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,924,234 in February 2022 – and that’s a 23% decrease in sale prices for this February.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 129 semi-detached home sales in February 2023; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,472,492 last month.
That compares to 209 semi-detached home sales in February 2022 – which is a 38% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,671,975 in February 2022 – and that’s an 12% decrease in sale prices for this January.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 568 condo sales in February 2023; and on average, these condos sold for $807,787 last month.
In February 2022, there were 1,126 condo sales – which is a 50% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $890,953 – and that’s a 9% decrease in sale prices for this February!
