Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 132 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in December 2025; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,060,322.
Last year, in December 2024, Toronto MLS® reported 85 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 55% increase in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,336,357 in December 2024 – and that’s a 12% decrease in sale prices for this December.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 86 semi-detached home sales in December 2025; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,425,253 last month.
That compares to 87 semi-detached home sales in December 2024 – which is a 1% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,442,667 in December 2024 – and that’s an 1% decrease in sale prices for this December.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 427 condo sales in December 2025; and on average, these condos sold for $749,058 last month.
In December 2024, there were 359 condo sales – which is a 19% increase in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $811,123 – and that’s a 8% decrease in sale prices for this December!
