Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 79 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in December 2022; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,408,529.
Last year, in DEcember 2021, Toronto MLS® reported 148 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 47% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,178,132 in December 2021 – and that’s a 11% increase in sale prices for this December.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 67 semi-detached home sales in December 2022; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,274,359 last month.
That compares to 112 semi-detached home sales in December 2021 – which is a 40% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,527,533 in December 2021 – and that’s an 17% decrease in sale prices for this December.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 374 condo sales in December 2022; and on average, these condos sold for $826,666 last month.
In December 2021, there were 831 condo sales – which is a 55% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $833,308 – and that’s a 1% decrease in sale prices for this December!
