Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 277 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in April 2025; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,205,379.
Last year, in April 2024, Toronto MLS® reported 270 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 3% increase volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,403,594 in April 2024 – and that’s a 8% decrease in sale prices for this April.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 208 semi-detached home sales in April 2025; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,427,641 last month.
That compares to 194 semi-detached home sales in April 2024 – which is a 7% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,523,889 in April 2024 – and that’s an 6% decrease in sale prices for this April.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 579 condo sales in April 2025; and on average, these condos sold for $798,592 last month.
In April 2024, there were 776 condo sales – which is a 25% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $866,938 – and that’s a 8% decrease in sale prices for this April!
