Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 270 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in April 2024; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,403,594.
Last year, in April 2023, Toronto MLS® reported 268 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 1% increase volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,303,630 in April 2023 – and that’s a 4% increase in sale prices for this April.
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 194 semi-detached home sales in April 2024; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,523,683 last month.
That compares to 167 semi-detached home sales in April 2023 – which is a 16% increase in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,543,683 in March 2023 – and that’s an 1% decrease in sale prices for this March.
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 776 condo sales in April 2024; and on average, these condos sold for $866,938 last month.
In April 2023, there were 850 condo sales – which is a 9% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $857,930 – and that’s a 1% increase in sale prices for this April!
