Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 304 detached home sales through the Toronto MLS® in April 2022; and on average, these detached homes sold for $2,594,293.
Last year, in April 2021, Toronto MLS® reported 442 freehold detached home sales across Toronto – which is a 31% decrease in volume for this year. It was also reported that on average, freehold detached homes sold for $2,269,400 in April 2021 – and that’s a 14% increase in sale prices for this April!
With respect to semi-detached homes… Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 251 semi-detached home sales in April 2022; and on average, these semi-detached homes sold for $1,664,109 last month.
That compares to 395 semi-detached home sales in April 2021 – which is a 36% decrease in volume for this year. But again, it was also reported that on average, semi-detached homes sold for $1,477,833 in April 2021 – and that’s an 13% increase in sale prices for this April!
With respect to condo sales, Central Toronto REALTORS® reported 894 condo sales in April 2022; and on average, these condos sold for $927,271 last month.
In April 2021, there were 1421 condo sales – which is a 37% decrease in volume for this year. On average, these condos sold for $829,491 – and that’s a 12% increase in sale prices for this April!
