Tottenham is another coveted residential area in Canada. It is a community in the town of New Tecumseth, which is a part of Ontario. The neighbourhood got its name from Alexander Totten, the first postmaster. The area is quite well-developed, and it comes with a recreational facility. The Tottenham Bluegrass Festival is one of the major highlights of the region. The neighbourhood is a popular spot for several events scheduled throughout the year. Hence, it is quite popular among the youth of Canada. It was rebuilt in 1885 and had a developed and modern infrastructure. The area is surrounded by several important highways like Highway 9 and 400. Hence, it is quite well connected to all the other parts of Ontario. In 1991, Tottenham became a part of the New Tecumseth township. Most of the neighbourhood is dedicated to agriculture, but it is transitioning to become a lucrative destination for real estate.
