• Dappled light streams through the trees in the spring, summer and fall which casts a bit of magic across the space.
• There are a surprising variety of birds that visit the tree you can see from the desk (woodpeckers, blue jays and even some hawk-like birds).
• If it’s nice day out, sitting on the doorstep is a perfect spot to set up with my coffee and laptop.
• Having a glass of wine or dinner in the communal space under the tree.
• Never once having a package stolen from my stoop (knock on wood!)
