Jason Mason joined SAGE Real Estate Inc. Brokerage in 2017 as a real estate provider for acquisition and sale of income, investment, commercial properties, research and advisory for properties. He has been in the real estate and financing for several years and it all started with his first investment purchase in 2005. Jason is also a licensed Mortgage Agent and has a degree in Marketing and E-Commerce tied in with 5 years experience as an executive director for the largest condominium development in Downtown Toronto overseeing 1600 units and 35000 Square Feet recreational centre.
He is a dynamic realtor with a proven track record of customer satisfaction and achievable goals in the housing and business market. Jason, entrepreneurial spirit as an owner of a personal training company (operating for 14 years) and part owner of a property management company along with a unique background and expertise in financing, marketing, e-commerce, insurance/risk management and project management has allow him to align key aspects from different views in order to get the deal done by producing creative solutions for his clients.
He loves all aspects of real estate, especially finding the right fit for his clients and attaining their desired outcome in the housing market. Jason invests his expertise in forging long-lasting relationships with his clientele base. His positive personality, high performance reputation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, has helped him forge loyal and lasting client relationships.
Jason was born in Toronto and raised in Sudbury, travelling to and from Toronto due to sporting and various other activities. Through his philanthropic activities, Jason co-founded a charity which helps youths achieve their goals along with partaking in various fund-raising for the Cancer and MS Foundations.
