Brian’s all about Toronto; he lives in the heart of it and he loves it! As an award winning, full time, real estate sales representative, Brian has been successfully matching clients to homes, condos and lofts within many of the eclectic and diverse Toronto neighbourhoods since 2001.
One of Brian’s favorite things about Toronto is that it’s always evolving and so, making sure he keeps up with the changes throughout the city is key to the success of Brian’s clients when entering and strategizing a sale within Toronto’s competitive real estate market.
Gentrification, socio-demographic movement, new builds, conversions, city “hot spots” and “where not’s”… it’s all good to know! Over the years, Brian has also developed a successful hands-on approach that guarantees your needs are responded to immediately; whether you’re buying or selling a home. He coordinates and oversees all facets of your transaction so that your home sale or purchase goes smoothly from beginning to end.
