Born and raised in Toronto, I have spent my life deeply connected to its vibrant communities, gaining an intimate understanding of the city’s diverse neighborhoods—particularly the dynamic West End. Growing up in Etobicoke, my passion for real estate started at about the ripe young age of 8! I used to peruse the classifieds ads each Saturday morning then venture out into open houses all by myself—for fun! Those early curiosities must have ignited my fascination with architecture, design, and the stories behind every home which continues to fuel my work even today. Ask my mom the story about when I “borrowed” a cheque from her to try to buy one of the houses!
This year marks my 20th anniversary as a Realtor, a milestone that reflects not only my passion for real estate but also my unwavering commitment to my clients. For me, success begins with truly understanding each client’s unique needs and aspirations. Additionally, I assist clients in exploring the possibility of "condo-izing" a property into separate flats, often involving the addition of a laneway house. When done properly, I believe this to be a smart and sustainable path to shared property ownership that allows for individuals to retain ownership of their specific unit while benefiting from shared costs. From navigating zoning and by-law requirements to coordinating the legal and logistical steps, I provide the guidance needed to turn these creative housing ideas into reality.
My expertise doesn’t stop in the city! I’ve developed a strong connection to Prince Edward County, where I’ve spent the last several years restoring the stunning “Pink House” built in 1838. This hands-on experience has sharpened my skills in helping clients navigate the unique opportunities and challenges of purchasing country properties in and around Toronto.
