About
In my first life, I was a registered nurse at the Montreal General Hospital, helping people through brain surgery and other neurological challenges in the neurosurgery intensive care unit. When I moved back to Toronto in 1981, I decided to make a career change, so I earned my real estate license, and started to sell homes.
As tough as it was in the early ‘80s, I survived the 21% mortgage rate days, learned how to do vendor take back mortgages in my sleep, and I went on to earn my Broker’s license in 1987. That same year, I became an office manager and over the next seven years, I hired more than 200 agents, managed the training program for all 9 offices and directly supervised 35 new and senior agents.
As much as I enjoyed managing the offices and supporting the agents, I missed being in the heart of the action.
In 1994, I returned to real estate sales, focusing on all of Toronto’s growing downtown neighbourhoods, from the Beach to the Kingsway. Every day is a new experience helping people navigate through this challenging and exciting maze that we call the real estate market.
I am a big believer in the power of relationships, and I know that buying and selling a home is a very personal journey. It’s an incredible privilege to participate in that adventure, by contributing my real estate knowledge, skills and tools, working daily with you, to ensure that we have success each step of the way.
