About

Let me take you back to my 3rd year of university. My dad, a Jamaican Realtor®, casually told me I “should” get my real estate license to sell part time — which really meant I was getting it.

I was busy planning to become a Bay Street lawyer, studying for the LSAT, and had zero interest in real estate, but I obediently registered, picked up my Big Blue Real Estate encyclopedia. I winged the open-book exam with no preparation. The results came, and to no surprise… I failed. Oh well, I didn’t want the license anyway — maybe this was my way out.

Then one night, watching 90210, I saw Kelly pull up in a cute grey BMW as a real estate agent doing corporate leasing — and that was my aha moment. I realized I didn’t want law school. I wanted real estate. When it became my choice, I passed the exam with flying colours.

Fast forward 25+ years, and I’m still grateful I jumped into helping people with their real estate needs. I’ve supported all kinds of clients, but I developed a special love for working with those ready to downsize.

My work is personal. Raising my daughter with FASD and ADHD shaped me into someone patient, compassionate, and strong — qualities I bring to clients navigating health changes, grief, or decades of memories in a home.

Many older clients have lived in their homes for generations, making the process emotional and overwhelming. I understand it personally — I’ve downsized myself, letting go of cherished items and adjusting to a smaller space.

Those experiences, along with years of guiding clients, inspired The Milk & Honey Method: a full-service, compassionate approach that brings clarity, dignity, and ease to a major life transition.

Your next chapter should feel lighter and full of possibility — and I’m here to help you step into it, one thoughtful step at a time.

Life is beautiful.

“This move came at a time when the real estate market was far from ideal. I knew it would not be an easy process, yet I still found myself unprepared for how discouraging the market could feel. Throughout it all Natalie kept me informed with consistent updates. Even when the news was not what I hoped to hear she delivered it with honesty, composure, and respect. There were moments when the stress of the transition and the uncertainty of the market weighed heavily on me. At times I reacted from fear more than clarity. Natalie handled every one of those moments with patience and grace. She never minimized my concerns and she never avoided difficult conversations. Instead she reminded me of the outcome I wanted and kept me focused on the bigger picture, even when I struggled to see it. Her steady guidance, professionalism, and compassion carried me through one of the most significant changes of my life. I am sincerely grateful for her support, her honesty, and the dignity she brought to every step of this journey.”

“When I decided to downsize, I was overwhelmed before the process even began. I kept asking myself, Where do I start? The thought of sorting through years of belongings and planning a move felt like too much. Natalie showed up with her team and immediately brought order to the chaos. They moved with efficiency, care, and a calm confidence that put me at ease. What I’ve always appreciated about Natalie is how naturally she listens. She pays attention, she remembers, and she makes sure my wants and needs stay at the centre of every decision. Even as a friend she maintained a level of professionalism that impressed me. She knew when to step in and when to step back, and she guided me without ever making me feel rushed. This transition could have been a stressful chapter, but Natalie made it feel manageable and even hopeful. I’m grateful for her patience, her support, and the way she made a difficult move feel like the right next step.”
