Honesty and Integrity Above All Else. It’s been my slogan since I started as a Realtor in 1992. But it’s more than words - it’s my North Star. Everything I do flows from that slogan.

I started my career as a lawyer, not because I wanted to practice law, but because I thought it would be great background for business. I became a Realtor in 1992. I liked helping people and looking at houses, and I thought people would appreciate a Realtor who would work with them in a professional manner, the way a lawyer would. I also thought my legal experience would provide an advantage over other Realtors when it came to negotiating the best deal and reviewing contracts for terms that could hurt my clients. It turned out to be a good move. I’ve really enjoyed being a Realtor.

I started my own brokerage, Advocate Realty Ltd., over 30 years ago. I loved running my own business, but decided it was time to free myself from the various administrative duties that come with operating a brokerage. It was crucial to me and the rest of the Advocate Group to find a place with the right values and approach where we could continue helping our clients. Sage is that place.

We still work the same way at Sage. We're always honest with our clients. We put their best interests above all else. We care for them like they’re family. We listen more than we talk. And we follow our North Star. We specialize in residential real estate and help our clients buy and sell homes and condos at all price points throughout most of the GTA. If we’re not 100% comfortable with our ability to help a client achieve the best result possible, we refer them to someone who can. If we don’t know the answer to a question, we admit that and try to find someone who does.

We’ve been fortunate to work with fantastic clients over the years. Thoughtful, intelligent, considerate people. Our goal has always been to make the real estate experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible so our clients will want to work with us again and again and refer us enthusiastically to their friends and family.
