Mary-Kate has been buying and selling real estate in Toronto for over 17 years and she truly can’t imagine doing anything else.

Real estate runs in her blood. As the only daughter of a seasoned industry veteran with 37+ years of experience, she grew up handing out feature sheets at open houses and watching her mother in action. It was only natural that she would follow in her successful footsteps—and that’s exactly what she did.

Born and raised in East York, Mary-Kate built the foundation of her real estate career in Leaside, Davisville, Corktown, Riverdale, Leslieville, the Danforth and the Beaches. A few years later, she joined her mother midtown, expanding her expertise to Rosedale, Summerhill, Moore Park, Lawrence Park, Yorkville and the Annex.

For the past 13 years, she has called Toronto’s West End home, growing her market knowledge and developing a passion for century homes—particularly Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian, Tudor (Revival), and Arts & Crafts styles. She has a deep appreciation for homes that strike the perfect balance between modern upgrades and preserved heritage charm.

Over time, Mary-Kate has become especially recognized for her expertise in Toronto’s West End, where she now concentrates much of her business. She works extensively throughout neighbourhoods such as Roncesvalles, High Park, Brockton Village, Trinity Bellwoods, Ossington, Parkdale, Dufferin Grove, the Junction, Mimico, Etobicoke, Baby Point, Lambton, and surrounding communities. Living and working in the west end has given her an intimate understanding of the area’s micro-markets, property values, architectural housing stock, and the subtle differences that make each neighbourhood distinct.

Over the course of her career, Mary-Kate has worked in virtually every corner of the city. From downtown condominiums to family homes across Toronto’s diverse neighbourhoods, her experience is both broad and practical. This city-wide exposure has given her a well-rounded, highly informed perspective on Toronto’s real estate landscape, allowing her to advise clients with confidence regardless of location or property type.

Mary-Kate currently lives in Roncesvalles with her husband, Carey, their son, Pierce, and their Bouvier de Flanders, Goldie. She is deeply committed to her community and profession, having spent six years volunteering with TRREB’s Government Relations Committee to advocate for policies that impact the industry. She has also been an active member of St. Joseph’s Hospital YPN for 5+ years.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys staying active with CrossFit, horseback riding and running marathons. When time allows, she loves to cook and unwind with a great meal.
