Buying and selling real estate can be a very stressful endeavour. This is understandable as it is probably the single largest transaction that you will make in your life. My job is to help make this process easier. Clarifying the many steps and reviewing current market conditions will help you build confidence so that you feel comfortable and educated when the time comes to make that move. I will help to accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible when you need me. And most importantly I hope we can build a great friendship and have a laugh along the way!
My passion has always been people. I have dedicated my entire career to establishing and building long lasting relationships through hard work and honesty. After I graduated from the University of British Columbia I returned to Ontario to live and work in the GTA, and have witnessed the substantial growth and transformation that this great city has undergone. As the city has grown so has my family, and I’m constantly working on the perfect balance of family and work. And when I get the chance I still pursue my passion for sports, music, art and photography.
As a highly motivated real estate professional, I strive to develop partnerships and long-lasting relationships. Using proven sales and marketing strategies, with in-depth market analysis, I help clients develop unique and strategic plans to help achieve their goals. Strong negotiation skills are paramount in this business and I continue to demonstrate my abilities through each transaction.
One of the real benefits about working in Toronto is being able to see both the obvious and hidden beauty of the city. I often find myself driving down a dead-end street or ducking down a back lane that I haven’t seen before and I’m always amazed that there’s something new to discover. Some of my favourite pieces of art are down the back alleys of the city.
